“We had Maria’s cater my Mother’s funeral. No surprise they did a great job. From the beginning to the end I never had to worry about anything. The food was excellent….chicken, broccoli and ziti, stuffed shells, two large salads, deserts, coffee etc. Jonathan was the on site to help with everything. He did an excellent job. I will definitely use them for my next function.”

”I ordered a lunch for our Faculty/Staff End of Year luncheon from Maria's. I worked with Claudia to plan the meal as we have a number of dietary restrictions that we work around. They were willing to adjust and make sure that everything was prepared how we needed it. The eggplant parmesan and the gnocchi with pesto sauce were amazing! The large garden salad was perfect! For dessert we had three different types of cookies and they were a hit. The gluten free cookies that we needed were packaged separately and were delicious! Payment was easy, pick up was easy and the hot food was hot and the cold food cold when we set it out for our faculty! We can't recommend Maria's Gourmet for your small (or large) catered event!”

"We recently had an event for 120 people gathered to celebrate the arts and young people in the Armory for the Arts in Somerville. It was also a fundraiser. Maria did a fabulous job in every way. We had many discriminating "foodies," in our group. all who complimented the dishes--the salmon was oustanding, the chicken perfect and all the side dishes were bit hits. We couldn't have asked for a more professional presentation and all around great catering. Thanks, Maria, to you and your staff!”

”Recently had a tragic community event and needed to cater a lunch quickly, easily and ensure it was delicious. Maria came to the rescue! Within an hour I had a menu and quote, 36hrs later I had 30 people and an amazing spread on my dining room table. Everything arrived on time, warm and they even helped set up the house while setting up the food and coffee station. Exceptional experience- highly recommend!”
